Elizabeth was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, where her passion for running began at Kiewit Middle School and continued at Millard North High School. She competed at the Nebraska State Track & Field Championships all four years, earning multiple state medals, becoming a two-time All-Class Gold Medalist in the 4x400 relay, and helping set a Millard North school record that still stands today.
She continued both her academic and athletic career at Nebraska Wesleyan University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science while becoming one of the most decorated athletes in program history. Elizabeth graduated as a 12-time All-American, seven-time NCAA National Champion in the 4x400 relay, two-time First Team CoSIDA Academic All-American, and Nebraska Wesleyan Female Athlete of the Year.
Elizabeth went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Creighton University. With two years of outpatient physical therapy experience, she enjoys working with runners of all abilities, with a special interest in treating lower extremity injuries. As a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, she is committed to lifelong learning and helping her patients return to the activities they love through evidence-based care.
Outside the clinic, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, hiking, strength training, and exploring the outdoors. She is passionate about fitness, nutrition, and promoting healthy, active lifestyles.
